Joshua W. Potter assists clients with Social Security Disability and Workers’ Compensation claims. Admitted to practice in California in 1981, he is also admitted to U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit, the U.S. District Court Central District of California, Eastern District and Southern District of California, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
He is a published author, with works relating to Social Security Disability. Mr. Potter has lectured on Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and the Perils of Facebook to the National Organization of Social Security Attorneys and the National Fibromyalgia Associations. He was an occasional speaker for the Los Angeles U.S.C. affiliated Hospital’s Continuing Medical Education program on Social Security Disability.
Mr. Potter has served as Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Social Security Disability Section. Mr. Potter speaks social Mandarin and has a degree in Chinese Language.
