    Founder - Bertram Potter

Bertram Potter, the late father of Paul and Joshua Potter founded Potter, Cohen & Samulon in 1960. Known as a man who never said no to a person in need, he was oftentimes a lawyer of lost causes; however, he was never happier than when he was pursuing a claim for an abused individual against a government entity.
